"This place is in a great location in downtown Panama City, Panama, but the building is infected with roaches. We had to kill at least ten roaches in the apartment that we were staying in. I messaged the host to send a exterminator, but he never did. The hot water heater also doesn't work. The hot water only stayed on for about 5 minutes, in the bathroom shower and then it was cold again. The maintenance guy came twice, but it didn't work. We took lukewarm to cold showers while we stayed there....

"We absolutely loved this place and hated to leave but as they say, all good things must end. The pool and beach are right outside the back door. The weekend was a little busy as to be expected and parking was a little hard to come by but once Sunday afternoon rolled around we pretty much had the complex to ourselves with just a few others coming around occasionally. "The condo was adequate but very poorly outfitted with essentials. Had no internet for 6 days and the owner/property manager refused to answer our texts and emails and VRBO was not the least helpful. Never heard back from either one once the issue was resolved by a technician. No aplology. "

"Very quiet and clean condo with stunning views of the Gulf of Panama and ships waiting to enter the Panama Canal, and the rain forest surrounding the Playa Bonita condo complex and Westin hotel. Convenient grocery shopping near by and easy drive to Panama City (although traffic over the Bridge of the Americas was often congested). The rooftop pool was nice and convenient for our purposes. The only disappointment was that there was no working TV in either bedroom and the TV in the living room was...
