Convenient and Great Location

We enjoyed our short visit at this MGM property. Room was comfortable, and wonderfully centrally located for all our activities in Vegas. Valet parking made getting off strip and to further destinations a breeze. Communication with the property managers was some of the most efficient and swift responses I’ve ever seen, and greatly appreciated. We utilized the small fridge in the room for breakfasts and snack. Managers checked in to make sure all was going well mid visit. The pools were great to relax at and short walks from the towers to breakfasts, shopping and fine dining. Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay in your great property!

Great place to stay

Although we only stayed one night, it was almost like being at home. We always try to stay in the MGM Towers and Matt's place is exceptional, clean, and well designed. Great communication from the property owner. Will definitely check to see if available the next time we are in Las Vegas.

Amazing Property, Clean, Quiet, Views

My husband and I stayed at this property (penthouse) for 3 nights. We chose it because it was non smoking, no casino, adult pool, Starbucks downstairs, lounge and we used the tram to go to other casinos on the same side of the strip. It was so quiet. The bed was comfortable, lots of hangars in the closet, plenty of sitting area, didn't even use the kitchenette, nice to have a fridge. The shower was great, didn't use the spa tub. The bathroom was huge. The staff throughout the building were so nice and helpful. Always serving you with a smile on their face and eager to please. The valet were super friendly and we never had to wait for our vehicle. Matt (with whom we booked) was exceptional with his communication. I would stay at this property again without hesitation. Traffic was so bad because of construction, it was nice to be at the south end of the city.
