  • This one of a kind Cul De Sac home features a huge private pool, beautiful luxurious hot tub spa, lush landscaping, patio with gas grill, a wine and cocktail bar, fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar, game room with pool table, arcade machine and huge flat screen perfect for watching the big game. Every room in the house is beautifully furnished! Every bed in the home features high quality memory foam mattresses including the sofa sectional sleeper.

    The location, 18 minutes from The Strip, 12 Minutes from the airport and 5 Minutes from world class local casinos provides the perfect haven close enough to the action but far enough for a stress free retreat with friends, family or business associates. Wonderful stay! The house was perfect, a quiet neighborhood and just minutes from the strip, but the real highlight was the amazing backyard—great for enjoying the beautiful weather and truly relaxing. Lou was a fantastic host, very accommodating, and always quick to communicate if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place for a great getaway!

Entertainment away from the strip

A brilliant four nights at this little getaway. We had great access to grocery stores, the strip, and the university. We would stay here again without a second thought! In fact, we've already planned our next visit. Thanks for a great stay.
