Families with children will love our Luxury Villa as we prioritize their safety and comfort. The pool area is equipped with a safety fence to ensure children can enjoy it safely. We also provide up to 3 Standard cribs, 1 pack and play crib, a high chair with a table & a baby bathtub upon request, making traveling with children easier. Additionally, we offer a toilet safety frame with arms, a safety handle for the bathroom and toilet and an entrance ramp for wheelchairs free of charge. Please inform us before your reservation if you need and of these items.
We take cleanliness seriously and ensure our Luxury Villa is in impeccable condition for each guest. Our professional cleaning team thoroughly sanitizes the entire property before each reservation, ensuring bed sheets, linens and comforters are stain-free and in top-notch condition.
However, we understand that cleanliness is subjective and some areas may be overlooked due to the property's size. If you find any aspect of the cleaning not up to your standards, our contracted cleaning company is committed to returning and addressing it until you are fully satisfied. Spare linens are also readily available, and you can request them during check-in. Our aim is to provide you with the best possible experience during your stay, so please don't hesitate to let us know how we can make your stay more enjoyable.
