Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and a nice layout. Also lots of pools. Easy to walk to the strip. The only downside is all of the formula one racing construction.

Amazing Property

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, safe, family friendly, great facilities, the suite itself was amazing! We will definitely stay here every time we travel to Vegas. This was the first time we were relaxed during our business trips to Vegas!

Wonderful property and location

Stayed here for three nights on our Vegas girls’ trip. We loved our condo. Plenty of space for four people. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Everything was wonderful!

Perfect size & location

Kitchen was perfect for breakfast. Villa was the right size for 2 couples. Great balcony. Comfortable beds. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Resort was very nice, clean, quiet. Short walk from the strip. Excellent experience

Vegas Villa

Condo was as advertised. The four pools are all nice and a small game room helped entertain for an hour. Fairly easy walk to the strip or other casinos and dining options. The check in process was fine except Holiday Inn insists on sending you to commissioned salespeople to get your keys after checking in at the front desk.

Exceeded expectations

We only stayed for two nights, but the 2br, 2 bath signature room was outstanding! Fully equipped, very clean kitchen. Spacious. Large, comfortable, kind beds. Electronic Blinds. Modern showers and jacuzzi tub. Decorated in a modern style. Great location, quiet for Vegas. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Family friendly area in Las Vegas.

We were looking for something a little quieter than on the strip yet close enough to access the strip by walking or with transportation. The resort has a shuttle but we found that walking was just as easy and we took the monorail to go back and forth on Las Vegas Blvd. The condo was very clean and the supplies were plentiful. My only suggestion to management is that they should install brighter lights in the bathrooms and a larger mirror in the second bedroom. Very nice facility.

Clean & great beds

This unit is clean, well stocked, contemporary decor. The beds & pillows were excellent. We did not use any of the amenities of the property ie pool, restaurant. The location is about 2 blocks off the Strip, so easy access to the action & food of the strip. The unit was a little noisy being close to the check in entrance. And the master bath lighting made applying makeup a challenge. But I would stay there again. Be prepared for a Time Share Sales invite & maid service daily. Not what I normally expect from a VRBO rental.

Awesome place and location

Short walk to the strip and great view of the new entertainment center MSG… e enjoyed watching the construction almost as much as the eat of the trip. Recommended!!!!

Felt right at home.

I’m am extremely picky with where we stay and cleanliness is my biggest priority. From the moment we got to the property I felt right at home, it was perfect. Clean, well stocked and very comfortable, will definitely come back and stay here again.
