“The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s……

“Our arrival started off rough with confusion about where to park. To make matters worse we had to switch rooms due to a leak in the bathroom. The head of security was so accommadating I cannot say enough good things about him. On top of that the host refunded us some money and the room we switched to was an upgrade with a view. What could have been a bummer was completeley turned around due to how the situation was handled. Thank you all. The rooms were perfect for a family of four and located……

"Staff were good for check in & check out。 After entering the room, received message from The Venetian Resort Chat Team, they are excellent, responds quick & solve the issue right away however it is pity that they don't have complementary drink, and don't touch any drinks inside the refrigerator, once you take it out, even you put it back, it will charge your room automatically。 Staff of the Venetian Reward counter are very bad hospitality, no smile, especially Magxx,talk to me in a serious face。 Only one woman staff is better, sorry I forget her name。"
