Great location and although it doesn’t boast a large gambling area, it’s a much needed rest from the hustle and bustle of the big properties. It’s nice to go in and relax and the staff is excellent. The rooms were phenomenal, what a beautiful hotel , one of a kind.

Thank You! The Cromwell was very accommodating . My first night was VERY LOUD and my view was a brick wall🙏 They charged me $50 dollars and I did not like that but it worked out.

Shante, at the front desk was amazing with wonderful customer service. Her superior hospitality set the tone for our great stay at The Cromwell. Super unique room decor, and plenty of room. We had a king bed, an overstuffed chair and an L-shaped sofa in our room, very spacious and roomy. Bathroom was a great size too. I LOVE MY ROOMS COLD and Cromwell is one of the few the sleep temperature was fantastic. Comfy bed, sheets and temperature had a great night sleep. Had a drink at the bar and then dinner at Giada's which was also great. Our server Doug was awesome. We were in town to see the Eagles and the hotel was super convenient to stay at and walk to the Sphere via the Venetian. Nice vibe in hotel and EVERY hotel staffer was super helpful. Would stay again.

Older hotel, still in good shape, the cleanliness of the surrounding area is due to its location on the Las Vegas Strip. The low rating for staff is because when I arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk, I had to wait approximately 4 minutes for someone to come to the desk, the young lady seemed inconvenienced by having to help me, he did not speak at a level I could hear and was not clear with her information.

Love the old vegas vibe. It’s an old hotel you can tell it’s been upgraded, but the musty smell of old walls comes thru. There was hair on the bathroom floor when we first got into the room. Room was very dim and some ligh not working. Bed was comfy and clean sheets. Other than that we enjoyed the room

Great location, I just didn't like the parking fee

Parking is $50 a night which is really ridiculous. I thought prices in the 30s and 40s were a lot. 3 whole days is an extra $75 plus taxes on top of that. Parking should be a perk of staying at your resort and included in the resort fee, but the resort fees are already expensive and if definitely does not include the pool especially if there is a known artist. Not even a discount. The room was Fairly clean; a little dusty. Not super bad. Excellent location. Restaurant located upstairs; a little pricey but everyone is nice.
