“During the past week I have had two stays at this hotel. The first as a loan lady traveller and the second with my husband.
On my first visit I had had a terrible day and when I checked in I found my room was not to my liking - a personal thing, the room was beautiful but I just didn't feel comfortable. I spoke to the lovely Rhys on reception who was really kind and understanding. He did his very best for me, contact Kate the Manager and sorting me out with one that was exceptional, definitely……

“We stayed here for one night in the oriental suite, which was huge and more like a small flat with separate sitting area. The hosts were very helpful and informative through out our stay. Breakfast items were provided in the fridge in the room which we liked! It is located in a nice area close to all amenities. We would stay again and maybe try a different room next time.”

“Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students.
After contacting Hotels.com
several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back.
Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund.
Keep up the good work Hotels.com
Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions.
But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. ”

“Very convenient hotel for what we needed. The food was nice and the breakfast good value.
The room was a decent size for two of us but small for a family room.
TV in the room was slow and difficult to change channels.
The temperature control in the shower was broken and set on hot. Just about manageable.
Finally, and this is only a problem I guess with the current heatwave is that there was no air conditioning and the window had to be shut at night due to noise from other rooms.

Very spacious room, with a lovely spacious bath/ shower room
Located in a nice area of mumbles.
