Discover comfort and tranquility in this stunning architecturally designed home, perfectly positioned to capture panoramic views of the Tamar River and surrounding hills. Filled with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, it features open-plan living, two elegant bedrooms, two modern bathrooms (one with a soaking tub), a gourmet kitchen, and access to a shared full-sized tennis court with basketball hoop.
The Space
This modern, light-filled home features vaulted ceilings and walls of windows framing the river view. The main level offers an open-plan living area with comfortable seating and a fireplace, adjacent to a dining area. The sleek galley kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary cabinetry, stone surfaces, and a De'Longhi Maestosa coffee machine.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (Loft Type): Upper-level loft with a Queen bed, air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace.
Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): Tranquil retreat with a Queen bed and an enormous walk-in wardrobe/dressing room.
Bathrooms: The upstairs bath features a standalone tub with breathtaking views. The ground floor bath is a spacious wet room with dual vessel sinks.
Outdoor amenities include a quality BBQ on an elevated entertainment deck and the shared full tennis court with a basketball hoop. A fully equipped laundry and large secure garage are also provided.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire, beautifully appointed house, the private garage, and the outdoor deck/BBQ area. The full tennis court with a basketball hoop is shared with the guests of the other home on the property.
