「Firstly A Massive Thanks to the staff especially Atesh, the best receptionist for my whole swiss travel trip. He is fluent in multiple languages. Fun and helpful and even suggested a great restaurant with the reservation service for me and my partner. The room is large and clean. Comfortable bed. 「Unfortunately the funicular train nearby goes under maintenance. This will be very very inconvenient if you need to take your luggage from the train station to the hotel. Suggest for the hotel to equip small fridge for the room. 」
