“My family and I visited for 3 nights in late April, and this was the perfect place for us! Conveniently located in walking distance to downtown Greenport, with ample street parking, and the unit was modern, clean and spacious. The home itself is beautiful and with a lovely, well-cared-for garden. Definitely recommend!”

“We enjoyed Manny and Amal’s place. It was a short walk from the beach. Beautiful garden and very welcoming hosts. It is a basement apartment which kept it cool on hot days. The kitchen had more of a toaster oven than an oven but otherwise was usable with some creativity. The grill was great. Having only one key was tricky but we worked it out. A keypad entry would be a great upgrade. We were welcomed with homemade cookies and would definitely stay again.”

“First the positives, it was clean and it had everything needed for us. It was just two of us, I think any more than 2 two and it would be small. We were in town for the holiday and did not spend a lot of time in the rental. It was well equipped and safe. As others have said, I didn't realize it was a basement apartment until we arrived and I looked closely at the listing. I tried to enter using the front door and the tenant upstairs was kind enough to redirect me. Because it is a basement……

Located on a quiet street of well-maintained homes, and with parking right outside, it was a short 1-1/2 block walk to all the shops, restaurants, ferry, docks, etc. The apt is small, but clean and tidy, sun-filled and air-conditioned. We loved staying here and will again in the future.”
