She got us in our property early due to an early arrival flight, she met us and our kids to let us in so we weren’t stuck driving around with exhausted kiddos and a rental car full of luggage and groceries. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I even texted her asking for the name of the mattress topper so I can get one for my bed at home! The property was super clean and had a trash chute right outside the door which made it so……

“The property and location were excellent. Plenty of stuff to do and restaurants to choose from. We’re really bummed out that the pool was closed all but two days when we were there. That would’ve been nice to know before we booked but overall it was a great vacation and Sandestin and Miramar beach was wonderful.”

“What a wonderful home!!!! We stayed 11 nights with our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren. Our grandchildren loved feeding the turtles from the dock every day. The home is very spacious and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything that you need to prepare meals. There are also many restaurants in close proximity that you can walk to or take the golf cart. The beach is a short golf cart ride. “It was wonderful! The room was airy, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom big and roomy. This room has every thing you need for a few days stay. A microwave to heat up left overs, plates, silverware, napkins dish soap...they thought of everything. After a day of revisiting all that Destin has to offer, we could relax on the comfortable couch and watch TV, visit the hot tub or just gaze out our back balcony, There is an convenient sidewalk for walking or jogging around the golf course, an on……

The shuttle service was excellent and made it easy to get to lots of options for shopping and dining. We loved Baytowne Wharf. “Pool was nice and walk to beach was short. Building has 2 elevators, one of which was out-of-order all week making the other full a lot. Had to walk the 9 flights of stairs several times to avoid long waits. There were 2 separate doors with codes to get into the room and the second door code was 11 digits (have no idea why so long), so was very inconvenient. Existing condition of the property is not as it appears in the ad picture. I am assuming it is an older picture from when the property……

“Overall the stay was very nice. We had plenty of space for our large group. Decor was tasteful and the furniture was comfortable. We had access to restaurants and shops. Location to the beach was reachable by walking but made easy to get with use of the golf cart. The pool was clean and also accessible. We did have to speak with management a few times regarding the golf cart as it wouldn’t hold a charge. Every time we were treated with respect and courtesy. Management worked quickly to resolve……

“The location is wonderful- I didn't realize that you could walk to Baytowne Wharf in a minute. We took many trips there and spend 90% of our time on the property. The hot tubs were great. The pool was cold, but normal for late March beautiful and our kids still swam in it. The room was about the size of a standard hotel room. It was tight, but that is what we expected and the tall ceilings made it feel larger.”
