「Easy access by bus, and near to the attractions, such as Lausanne cathedral, museums and sauvabelin tower and etc... bus stop is nearby the hotel. The pillows are smelly but the staff replace the clean pillows within 15minutes, appreciate!!! The room and bathroom are very clean and neat. Ec」

「货不对办，订三人有起居屋223平方尺，入住是不能加床的双人房在路边加一張极细的床，双人床没路行去厕所，只剩房咭宽度的路，要挎過单人床，夜晚起身去厕所极不安全，没逃生路，非常危险。投诉没門，只能交消委會。」

「Everything is good except the price of room」

「This property was so lovely, and we would stay there again. We booked through Expedia, so I don't think we had the option to add breakfast, but I would include that if we go back. It's very close to the lake, and there's a little Coop grocery store close by in case you need drinks and snacks. Highly recommend this hotel!」
