“The house was beautiful as described in the listing. There weren’t any surprises. The property manager was very helpful and available on WhatsApp when needed. There was some confusion on my part regarding checkout time and the team happily accommodated to extend the checkout time by an hour. Nitpick: My only ask is that there are more coffee pods provided. A super easy fix.”

“This place was heaven!! The view is like nothing you've ever seen before. The mountains are gigantic and the view from the deck overlooking Lauterbrunnen in the valley doesn't even look real! Definitely the best option in Wengen. The Alpine staff service was beyond stellar. So friendly and accommodating. We walked to the train station early each morning. It's about a 15 minute walk and so worth it. There wasn't much open as we visited in the off-season but that was by design as we wanted to……

Wir wurden am Wochenende bereits vor 22.00 Uhr ermahnt, was schade war. Aber jederzeit wertschätzend und freundlich.”

“We loved our stay at Chalet Luna! It was quiet, yet convenient and well-equipped. The only negative was that we arrived in two groups and the second group was given directions to the wrong property! Be advised that it’s quite a trudge up the hill from the train station, but it’s well worth the effort! The views were amazing!”

The road noise from the street was a little much, but bearable. Mrs. Ruth showed us where they are building a bypass which will quiet down the traffic. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware. The 2nd bedroom is just down the stairs from the main area and was not a hassle. There is a small grocery store near the……

“A very clean, spacious, and comfortable apartment. It has a good location - very close to the COOP (grocery store), a nice bakery, and a bus stop. There is also an impressive collection of CDs. In short, this apartment has pretty much everything needed for an enjoyable stay in Interlaken.”
