L'appartement était bien spacieux, propre, cependant, le mobilier un peu dépassé et il n'y avait pas de clim dans les chambres et pourtant, les nuits étaient très chaudes, c'est dommage, ça serait peut-être judicieux de remettre la déco et le mobilier au gout du jour et la clim pour que les nuits soient plus confortable. La piscine extérieur aussi est petite, impossible de faire des longueurs,……

“We had a wonderful stay at La Bastide. Julian is an excellent host - very welcoming and interesting to chat to, speaking excellent English. The property is very charming, extremely peaceful and relaxing, and feels authentically Provençal. The breakfast was delicious, served in the atmospheric kitchen. “The city of Manosque isn't really worth a visit - I chose it thinking it was central to the lavender fields and close to the L'Occitane factory (I call it the Poughkeepsie of Provence...). I thought it would be a good idea to have a cheap hotel in the pedestrian section of town but what I hadn't taken into consideration is that the high cost of parking our rental car made this "budget" hotel more expensive than the Ibis on the outskirts of town. If I had it to do over I wouldn't stay at this……
