Alessandra Laveno

Allesandra is een leuk huisje met een groot terras in de zon, prachtig uitzicht en perfecte ligging. Laveno is slechts 5 minuten lopen. De inrichting is wel verouderd. Bedden en bank zijn wel aan vervanging toe.Ook het gasfornuis werkt niet helemaal optimaal.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, sehr empfehlenswert

Die kurzfristige Buchung und Organisation unseres Aufenthaltes wurde von Paolo super sympathisch und fachmännisch durchgeführt. Sogar während unserer Ferien war er immer für Wünsche, bei Fragen und Problemen erreichbar. Klare 5 Sterne für den unkomplizierten Service. Auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnug war überraschend und das Grundstück sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist es etwas veraltet aber sauber. Die Ausstattung ist gut, vor allem in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man täglich braucht. Sogar eine Waage und ein Pürierstab waren da. Das einzige was gefehlt hat war die Kaffeemaschine die man auf den Bildern sieht und der Grill aus der Beschreibung war nicht vorhanden, hat uns aber nicht gefehlt. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub in ruhiger und doch angebundener Umgebung. Einkaufmöglichkeiten 2km, ebenso die Fähre um auf die andere Seite des Sees zu gelangen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und Paolos Service ganz klar weiter und werden, wenn möglich sehr gerne wiederkommen!!

Appartamento Alessandra

Wir können Happy Rentals nur empfehlen. Die ganze Abwicklung bis zum Einzug und Auszug hat gut funktioniert. Schlüssel Annahme und Abgabe über eine Schlüsselbox war einfach und die Wohnung war sehr gut gereinigt. Mängel, wenn vorhanden, werden von Paolo vom Local Team Lake Maggiore behoben. Auch hier die Kommunikation schnell und unkompliziert. Wir werden die Agentur wieder kontaktieren. Weiter so.
