“Good ”

“The building: felt secure and location was excellent The unit: all comfortable and clean and new. Walls and ceiling were all cocoa brown so it was not as open feeling as I prefer but was tasteful. The bathroom configuration is tight for two guests and there isn’t enough countertop for toiletries and a towel. (1 bedroom studio). Parking: SpotHero was easy. There is a desk with a Kasa attendant in the lobby during most of the day which was really nice.”

“The host responded quickly to my requests. Apartment was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, utensils, spices, etc. He registered my car so I coiud park on the street without any problem. Close to the Blue Line stop to take the "L" into downtown Chicago.”

“Shortly after I booked the room I received an email from the property. It was about the deposit which I was expecting. However they changed their method of payment from what they had in the listing (PayPal) to Zelle. I wouldn't have minded paying it by PayPal however paying by Zelle gives you no recourse whatsoever if something goes wrong. After going back and forth with Expedia and the property they decided that they were going to uphold their no refunds policy even though it was a bait and……

“Ali is an excellent communicator! He answered any question I had quickly and accurately, really appreciated that since this was our first time using this system to book a place to stay. There was a slight hiccup with the key and room number but was very quickly (3 minutes at most) sorted out by Ali. Nice place for the price and really felt safe in this neighbor hood. Easy to walk to grocery store and other ammenities. I would definitely stay there again should I visit Oak Park again. Thank……

“Great communication from the property owner & great location for family to visit Chicago. 10-15 minute walk through a nice neighborhood to get to the train to take downtown. Plenty of restaurants, groceries, etc near to the building. Clean & good space for family of 5!”

“Estuvo muy increíble, fue una experiencia maravillosa.Es un lugar precioso me encantó”

“We had a very nice stay, the place was comfortable and clean, beautifully decorated. We only wish we would’ve had more time! And bonus it came with a parking spot. We hope to come back again!”

“Great communication. Nice place in a nice neighborhood.”

“Unit was fine. The building smelled awful...lobby and foyer like 25 cans of febreeeze. choking sweet .”

“Overall this was a decent property. Property does need a little TLC however. The sink in the 2nd bathroom was not working and the sink itself was damaged. It was raining while we were there and we woke up to water dripping from the ceiling of the upstairs bathroom and standing water in the basement. We ended up leaving a day early.”

“Great location! Enjoyed my stay!”

“My wife and I stayed here when we came to town for a concert at the united center. We actually walked to the venue and it was about 45 mins, a lovely walk. It was a very convenient location, lovely apartment, and the host communicated very well. Check in and out was easy. Great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Overall, the stay was okay. This house could easily be a 5-star stay with fixes. I think this house has suffered from inconsiderate prior guests; however, that's not really my problem and I feel my experience was worsened as a result of the hosts not addressing issues from prior guests. The mantra of the stay became "everything works, but everything is a little broken." Let's start with the good: The house is in a good location -- grocery walking distance away. Nice nature paths nearby also. The……

“Excellent marketing. You get EXACTLY what is described. Look closely at the photos and make sure that is what will make you comfortable. Location was excellent. The view from the rooftop was great for sunrises or sunsets (some functional furniture would be nice). We stayed there a full 7 days. It was a great place to crash for sleep after an exhausting long day at work. I would suggest taking an HDMI cable unless you are. comfortable entering your streaming passwords into someone else's TV……

“Room was nice and in a safe location.”

“This guesthouse was perfect for our stay in Oak Park. It was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. We loved the movie room and will definitely stay here when we come back.”
