"Property is in need of renovations. Broken lamp shades. Holes in walls. Was woken up at 3:30am by people upstairs fighting and yelling. Paid $167 for one night. Beds were comfortable and bedding was nice. Front Desk was friendly and helpful. Probably will not do again. "

"Breakfast was open for a long time and had many options. Loved that free coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby."

"Clean with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Felt safe as I was traveling alone. Mattress not real comfortable however would not keep me from staying here again. "

"The room was clean. Conviently located to Scooters Coffee, QT, and KU. The property was old and run down. The door to my room appeared to have been pried open in two places, and I could literally see daylight through the two disfigured areas of the door frame. The TV did not work. When I inquired about that after the first night I was told that the remotes sometimes dont work, and that I could manually turn it on by pressing a button on the TV itself, then the remote would work. The hair dryer did not even have an electrical casing around the plug. NO WAY I was attempting to plug that in and use it. The shade had water stains on it and it was very noisy. The bed was saggy in the middle. I didnt even attempt to check out their "continental" breakfast. I would definitely NOT stay here again."

"When I got there, no greeting the desk. Checked in, elevators broken and the one we could take was sketch. Get to our room, and the housekeeping has sheets in the hallways for most of the night. Pool was freezing. Hot tub was cold as ice. We asked for pool help, but didn’t get any. The hotel overall was dirty, unkept, and staff was not very nice. The gaming area took the kids money. I do not recommend staying here. "

"It was completely disgusting- very old and unsanitary. Vents smelled like urine, stains on bedding, mold in bathrooms, drains not working, and icing on the cake they wouldn’t refund us when we decided to check out one day early because we checked out 1 hour late (and only because my daughter was in a dance competition at the time). NEVER AGAIN! We wouldn’t have stayed the first night if it wasn’t so late that we had no other choice. I also submitted a claim to BBB. So unprofessional, needs to be shut down. "
