“Our stay at this hotel in Singapore was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, everything felt safe, modern, and incredibly well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, with a very clean and modern design that made the stay even more comfortable. “淋浴和洗手間各只有三間，髒，長期有螞蟻，偶有小蟑螂。廁所有異味。淋浴間的垃圾從不清理。床單有乾掉洗不掉的血跡。薄被不清洗。 公共空間越夜越吵鬧，凌晨仍大聲喧嘩。早上十點要退房，不是十一點。 入住期間跳電三次。職員服務態度差，愛理不理。 唯一優點是地理位置方便。 這次入住經驗完全影響旅遊心情，是住過的旅館中最差的一間。”

“When I went to check in the dude was nowhere to be found. I walked in and asked around until I found who worked there. The gentleman was in the back with no uniform and barely knew English. He then has me wait in the lobby for 5 minutes, maybe he was making my bed, I don’t know. When I got to my bed there was no towel so I told him and he said he’d get me one once they were out of the laundry. Upon my return that evening, there still was not a towel and I had to take a shower without one which……
