Lovely spot for exploring the area

Extremely well appointed property. A bit tricky to find and not really walkable to town centre but quiet roads, peaceful woodland setting and short driving distance to everything

Minus:Direkt nebenan wird gebaut. Dazu gab es keine Information. Die Einfahrt ist im Zustand der Hauserstellung. Der Garten ist vollkommen ungepflegt. Das Unkraut steht kniehoch. Der Pool war nicht zu gebrauchen, da komplett veralgt. Die Sitzmöbel aussen waren nicht zu gebrauchen, da komplett durchnässt und mit Stockflecken versehen. Die Haustür war von einem unbeschnittenen Olivenbaum(?) zu-gewuchert. Innen erwartet einen kaltweisse Op-Beleuchtung. Die Jalousie im Wohnzimmer war defekt. Darüberhinaus liegt das Haus so weit außerhalb, dass immer ein Auto benötigt wird. Die Sprache des Kontakts war ausschließlich französisch. Im Bad gab es eine Dusche ohne Wasserdruck, trauriges Getröpfel und die Anschlüsse der Heizung(?) liegen komplett offen. Auf dem runden Glastisch im Essbereich gibt es einen transparenten eklig klebrigen Plastikschoner. Das Besteck und das Geschirr ist billigster Herkunft und zum Teil vollkommen verschmutzt. Eine Mülltonne zur Entsorgung aussen gibt es nicht. Mülltüten liegen bis zur Abfahrt unabgeholt offen neben einem Begrenzungszaun. Die Kopfkissen in den beiden Schlafzimmern sind unterirdische Plastikware. Plus:Sieht aus der Ferne nett aus. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Matratzen sind gut. Das war es aber auch. Dieses Haus ist eine Mogelpackung. Irl versprechen, nichts halten. Wie es an seine 10/10 Bewertung kommt ist uns vollkommen schleierhaft. Empfehlung:NICHT BUCHEN! Zu schlecht und zu teuer für das Geld!

Nous avions réservé cette maison pensant passer des vacances dans la nature tout en étant près du Bugue. Quelle ne fut pas notre déception quand lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons constaté qu’une maison s’était construite à 30m à peine, laissant un très gros vis-à-vis sur la terrasse, la piscine, et même à l’intérieur de la maison, alors qu’une photo de clairière était dans l’annonce. Les travaux toujours en cours nous ont gênés de 6h45 à 19h tous les jours. Nous avons fort heureusement, après de grosses négociations, réussi à nous faire rembourser une partie de la somme payée. Depuis, les photos de l’annonce ont été mises en conformité, mais pas le texte qui ne mentionne pas cette désormais très proche maison.D’autre part, il faudra prévoir, éponge, sacs-poubelle, tablettes lave-vaisselle, café etc à votre arrivée, donc le standing n’y est pas vraiment. Rien de fonctionnel non plus pour nettoyer le fond de la piscine ou pour la bâcher.Enfin, contrairement à ce qui est noté dans l’annonce, la propriété n’est pas clôturée par un portail donc attention avec les enfants en bas âge. Il ne sera pas vraiment possible non plus de rejoindre le Bugue à pieds. En bref, l’annonce est très enjolivée par rapport à la réalité. La piscine quand elle est propre est néanmoins très appréciable, et la situation proche du Bugue et de tous les points d’intérêt de la région est super.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Photinia qui est situé dans un endroit très calme à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques. Nous avons donc pu découvrir le Périgord noir sans faire trop de kilomètres. La maison est décorée avec goût et correspond parfaitement à l'annonce présentée sur le site. La terrasse à l'ombre des pins est très agréable. Nous remercions le propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité.

Super séjour au Photinia ! La maison était vraiment très agréable avec la piscine sur la terrasse, la plancha et l'espace pour jouer à la pétanque. Situé à l'écart du village, c'était parfait pour être au calme à l'abri des pins après les journées de balades dans les alentours.Merci pour l'accueil Valentin !

Schönes kleines Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung, mit allem was man braucht. WLan und Tv/ Streamen funktioniert sehr gut.

Un excellent souvenir

Notre séjour de deux semaines a été formidable, de part les excellentes visites à faire autour de cette ville animée, mais aussi grâce au propriétaire Valentin qui a su nous recommander de bonnes adresses en tous genres. Bien que la ville soit animée, cet endroit à 5 minutes du centre ville possède un charme fou et est très calme, rien de plus agréable que de se baigner dans une piscine entourée d’une forêt de pins.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une super semaine le logement est hyper bien situé, près de tout et à la fois au calme.La maison est niquel rien à redire, il ne manquait rien dans le logement le petit plus la plancha top et les hôtes sont très sympathiques . Merci à eux pour les conseils de restaurants et de lieux de baigande.
