La chambre loin des critères évoqués lors de la réservation. Pas de vue piscine, un balcon sans réelle vue sur la mer , on nous promet une terrasse où bronzer, ah manque de bol, la vue est coupée par un mur. J’ai envoyé 3 mails à l’hôtel avant d’arriver : aucune réponse. Quand j’ai appelé pour savoir si transferts ou taxi et combien prévoir on m’a répondu sèchement que je n’avais qu’à demander au taxi. Quand au restaurant La cabane du pêcheur, le pompon du séjour, 1h45 d’attente pour avoir nos plats, c’est à dire une langouste au final trop cuite. Seule personnel ayant remonté le niveau: les garçons de l’animation et les dames du bar en journée, adorables.

Chambre très propre et confortable et le personnel est très agréable et attentionné.L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait dans un cadre de rêve.les espaces extérieurs sont magnifiques très arboré,plage et piscine sous les cocotiers et autres arbres tropicaux, également beaucoup d'oiseaux,rien ne manque.Le buffet est excellent,frais et complet,avec un personnel adorable et gentil toujours très attentionné. Nous avons passé 2 semaines parfaites.Merci à tous. RJ
