“Hotel was outstanding. Excellent location from the Frontenac. The manager, Pierre was helpful and friendly. He was kind and thoughtful. His associate was as excellent as Pierre. The room was well kept and cleanliness a priority. The staff as I have rated were outstanding. We will definitely return there if in Quebec again.”

“Great location just minutes from port, Petit Champlain, and Funicular up to Dufferin Terrace to Upper Old Quebec City. They did offer a breakfast at $25/person but we chose to walk I to Place Royale and get lively pastries and coffees at Maison Smith. Will stay here again. Only "complaint" is that our room did not have any bedside outlets for charging and maybe a little more light in shower would have been nice. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.”

“Hotel is right in the heart of old Quebec so just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Very unique old property that has been nicely renovated. Unfortunately no elevator but staff helped with heavy luggage. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Definitely worth a visit. We hope to return soon.”Trevor

“The people were all genuinely nice. It’s a well located beautiful property.
Was there for a wedding. Bride had asked that i - in her close wedding party be on the same floor. We were not although we had booked many many months in advance. They never came to do my room although i had asked for it to be clean with a sign from 6-2 then dnd 2-3. We got back at 11pm and there was a note saying the room hadnt been serviced.
I asked at the bar what the gluten free options were/ could be. She just……Marianne

“I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels.
I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea.
Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service.
One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.”匿名旅客

“方便整潔，性價比高。只是因為是self check-in, 需要事先在mail裡來回溝通入住事項，如果預約了停車卡，得先check in進房間拿停車卡”匿名旅客

“Everything was very nice—the place was clean and beautifully decorated. The only thing I’d mention is that the bed was too soft for us. My husband weighs about 200 pounds, and when he slept on his side, the mattress sank quite a bit. I found myself leaning toward him, and my back hurt the next day. Unfortunately, the bed wasn’t very comfortable for us.”anna
