“Le chalet est magnifique et idéalement situé pour profiter pleinement de la nature. Tout était d’une propreté irréprochable, et l’accès au lac par le canal est parfait. Toute la famille a beaucoup apprécié son séjour ! Nous aurions simplement aimé obtenir des réponses un peu plus détaillées à nos questions concernant les activités dans la région, mais ce n’est qu’un détail mineur au regard de cette belle expérience.”

“I asked if we could come earlier and they said it’s was not possible due to the cleaning. We arrived and the place was not cleaned at all! Sheets dirty, a broken fan, floors and windows gross! It took a hour to get a response from the company that manages the house (Chaletô), which did not call me direct after many times asking! The neighbor was nice enough to get me the number and some cleaning supplies and trash bag. They were full of attitude and no help! 6pm I was cleaning sheet, duvet, sofa……

She answered all of our questions quickly before arrival, gave detailed directions with a map pin, and made everything stress-free. “Property is great for large groups that require private bathrooms. We were in town for a memorial service and 5 couples. The property was clean. Kitchen well equipped and very clean. High quality dishes. The owner communicated effectively and allowed early check in. Very accommodating. The property is old and the bedrooms are smaller with only a single king bed available. Our group didn’t mind queen and twin options. The beds were very comfortable (mattress toppers) nice bedding. The bathrooms……
