"The staff really went the extra mile. I appreciated their friendliness and professionalism. They made the stay very enjoyable. The amenities were good but not spectacular in any way. Small fitness room and pool. There’s also a sauna and stem room. All the facilities are kept very clean. I was very unhappy with the first room I got which was very small and dark. I didn’t mention it to the staff but I did mention it in my check in review. They upgraded me to a better room, which I really appreciated. It’s a pretty central location and very walkable. "

"All and all were great the fact that Kate and Donatella were so caring and helpful till last moment that I needed a taxi was very assuring and supportive. Greate big thanks to all and everyone and Happy New Year for I had the greatest time of my life in this pilgrimage and without Kate it would've been impossible to make it in such a high level!!! "
