Quality of hotel is disappointing
不符合期待的四星飯店，雖然是唯一可以看到景色的飯店，但非常老舊，早餐飯廳也很破舊，下午想沖個澡，沒有熱水！！！等了超過10分鍾才有約37的溫水。 訂了一間景觀房，進去房間，飯店人員說可以入住了，去了兩次床都沒鋪，煙灰缸都是滿的，還有有一服務人員（亞洲裔臉孔，人非常好）幫忙換房，不然當下真的被老舊飯店嚇到想換飯店了。 這家也是Mère Poulard 蛋捲餐廳開的飯店，難怪會有同樣被當冤大頭之感。 Price doesn’t fit with the quality of hotel, really old, it really needs refurbishment. Impressive view, but big problem with management, not enough staffs. While we’re arriving, the room wasn’t prepared, we got into the room twice, astray was full of cigarette, bed wasn’t ready. Luckily Asian face staff boy helped us to change the room, he’s super nice. We stayed two nights, staffs are nice but quality and price of hotel is so disappointing.

It is value for money!
The hotel location is very convenient. Easy to catch on the shuttle to Mont Saint Michel Castle. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. I particularly like the balcony. However, there are quite a few chargers but two of them are out of order. A bit frustrated when I tried but failed to get my electronics recharge until the third charge worked. Two light bulbs are out of order too so the room is a bit dim. Except for these minor defects, overall is value for money!

Excellent location!
The hotel locates at the entrance of the bridge to Mont Saint Michelle. It is very convenient for us to visit the Cathedral. The room is spacious with a nice balcony. The open view allows me to see the Cathedral anytime! Fabulous! The staff is helpful and friendly. I would undoubtedly recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is perfect and we can see Mont St. Michel. We arrived the hotel after 8pm. Staff in the restaurant asked for room number and noticed that we didn’t check in yet. Ever since then she deliberately ignored us and didn’t bring us water while everyone else had and even for the girls who arrived after us. The food was quite good there compared to the service. The hotel facility was old. The heater in our room didn’t work, the night staff was helpful and changed another room for us. Unfortunately the door to balcony was broken and can’t open in the only room left.

飯店的位子非常棒，接駁車就在門口非常方便。窗戶直接看到修道院的夜景非常美。

Nice view but food is very bad

Amazing for anyone to steal
No air conditioner.. the room is totally different to the photo when you book. If you want to steal others stuff. It is easy because the room have no ventilation, then you must open the the window, there is a platform, you can climb out from the window easily and enter to others room. It is very good for stolen. We suggest to anyone who want to steal stuffs. You could see the attached photo.

飯店有專屬停車場，一天只需要付4€就可以搭接駁，非常方便！以這價格可以住四星很划算～飯店雖然舊，但房間很大，浴室也很大

景觀地點很棒，房間舒服，但可惜的是，一個人要價25歐元的早餐，牛奶竟然發酸！晚上小孩要喝牛奶，卻沒有任何服務，就算有錢也買不到服務，雖然後來飯店道歉理賠部分金額，但卻讓我們對這飯店印象大打折扣！希望改進

It's a good place to stay overnight if you don't want to rush back to other places. You can view the Mont. St-Michel directly from the room and there are plenty of spaces to move around.

酒店露台望到St-Michel Abbey，可能基於此原因故入住價錢昂貴。我們入住當天為陰天+下雨，故未能看到絕佳美景。入住雙人房只提供1枝礦泉水，真不明白，因入住是2人，且礦泉水也是很廉價的東西。酒店大堂職員態度頗冷漠，需提高服務質素。 還有我們是透過Hotel.com訂房的，且中文說明房間有爐頭/微波爐/廚房，惟要求提供英文入住証明信，卻沒有上述字眼，故整體而言$4079.84訂2房間，真的貨不對辦，這是否Hotel.com的問題；因當天我們買了東西準備煮嘢食的，最後浪費了。Hotel.com能否給予合理解釋。

The closest hotel in the region to Mont St Michel. Shuttle bus station to Mont St Michel is right outside hotel. With beautiful view of Mont St Michel from room and restaurant. Room is clean with good condition bed mattress. Restaurant serves super meal.

Carpet needs to be changed. Too many stains. Curtains needs to be removed or changed. Lobby needs to be upgraded. The resto has too many flies. The view of mont st Michel from the hotel is beautiful. This hotel could be so much better if renovated.

Da uns die Lage am wichtigsten ist, war dieses Hotel ein Glücksgriff. Die Anreise gestaltet sich zwar etwas kniffelig, doch wenn man den Anweisungen in der Mail folgt geht es. Große Fenster und ein weitläufiges Zimmer rundeten das Ganze ab. Wir waren rundum glücklich.

The hotels staff is helpful and accommodating. The hotel is dinning area and some rooms offer wonderful views of Mont Saint Michel. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a spectacular view. There are bike and walking trails and a free shuttle to Mont Saint Michel. Parking is easy. However, be sure to bring your gate code for entrance to town. The breakfast is good and we had an excellent dinner at the restaurant.

This was a lovely hotel. It is as close as you can get to the island without staying ON the island. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. It is a tad bit dated in decor, but not in an unpleasant way. We were there in the off season and this hotel was just one of a handful of hotels/restaurants that were open. Breakfast was bountiful. Dinner was good. And the free trolley to the island picks you up every 15 minutes right outside the front door. The only disappointment was the bar. The bar area wasn't operating (off season). We could order a drink at the table while we ate dinner, but had to go elsewhere down the street to enjoy just a cocktail or beer. We definitely recommend this hotel regardless of the bar being closed. I'm sure it is a different experience when there are more tourists to support additional services.

モンサンミシェルから一番近くのホテル。 景色が素晴らしい。 部屋からモンサンミシェルが目の前に望める。 部屋はとても広く清潔。 ファミリールームはメゾネットで2つのバスルームがあり メイン１階のバスルームとトイレは別になっている 2階にもシャワーとトイレがある バスローブも人数分ついている 食事は期待しない方が良い。 しかし量はお腹いっぱいになるし、近くのレストランに行くのも面倒なので追加しておいて正解だったと思う
