Beautiful Vacation home in the Hills

The home was amazing with plenty of space. So many extras including hot tub, massive deck, grill and hibachi, game room and more. The kitchen was well stocked. It is a beautiful home with amazing views just miles away from Deadwood. Hiking is just out the door! Would stay again without a doubt!

Beautiful scenery and wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful place to stay and play. This house has everything for everyone to enjoy. Had ages 4 to 47 stay here and had a blast. Used everything during our stay. Gas firepit, hot tub, poker table, community center and all games the house provided at the house. Will do again

Ski Vacation

We had a blast staying at this cabin while on a ski trip to Terry Peak. Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful home with everything you might need and more. Thank you for helping us create some great memories.

Family reunion

We had our annual family reunion in the Powderhouse Pass area. We all had a wonderful and relaxing time with family. We stayed in a beautiful home that had everything we wanted. The view from the back deck was amazing and we spent several nights relaxing by the fire pit. Thank you, Tom

Black Hills Paradise

Beautiful home in very nice hills community with access to all the fun the Black Hills have to offer. The home was very well furnished and had everything needed to prepare a big Thanksgiving meal. Everyone loved the hot tub which was conveniently located outside the bar and recreation room. We would definitely stay there again.

Get away

The property is beautiful and well stocked. Having six rooms all with their own bathrooms was very nice. It is new and missing a few items and there is construction all around. Access to Lead, Deadwood, Sturgis and Spearfish is easy and convenient. Access to the pool does require you to drive, which was no big deal, once we figured it out.

Great Place!

We stayed here in July 2024 for a multi-family vacation. There were 19 of us ranging from 18 months to 76. The house and the views were beautiful and Budi thought of everything as far as household supplies and general kitchen items, tools, etc. We had a great time with lots of family time and were only a couple of miles from Lead. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large group! Lead

Large family getaway weekend

The house was very nice and spacious. We had 8 adults and 7 young children that stayed so it can get loud and kind of crazy at times but there was enough space that you didn’t notice to much. The house could have used a nice deep clean and the communal bathroom next to the kitchen doesn’t lock. The kitchen had plastic plates and cups for the kids which was very nice but it would have been nice to have a big pot to make a large pot of soup and a bread knife would be handy. There were many games, books, activities for the kids. Overall we really enjoyed our time!

We had a wonderful time, the lodge with its 6 en-suite kind bed bedrooms and delightful kitchen, dining and lounging areas were perfect for us! We spent most of our time on the deck, overlooking open forested area. It was relaxing and rejuvenating. We even had a visit from a white tail deer. Close to Lead and Deadwood, we visited those as well as Spearfish Canyon, Mt. Rushmore and crazy Horse monuments. Great time in a very comfortable house in a perfect location!

When you walk in the front door the open floor plan with vaulted ceilings is very impressive. The kitchen is well stocked with all the items you need to prepare meals, utensils, pots, pans, knives, bowls, and more. If grilling is your choice, there are two gas grills on the back deck. You can also choose to dine on the beautiful deck or select the large indoor table. The bedrooms are comfortable, and if you have a large group, bunkbeds are available. Downstairs has a game room, bar, and walkout to the patio Hot Tub. The Wifi worked great too.

There were plenty of beds, a game area, beautiful kitchen, firepit and the outdoors is always a great adventure. This was a perfect spot and the hosts were prompt with solving any issues we had.

The kitchen was well supplied with crock pot, waffle iron and other items needed for a larger group. A large Blackstone provided a great way to cook for our crowd. Check in was painless and communication with Budi was quick and easy.
