Welcome to your new vacation rental in the Black Hills! This wonderful cabin at Deer Mountain has fantastic online reviews, a semi-private wooded lot, plenty of space for bigger groups, and the price includes all furnishings & home accessories! The raised ranch, wood sided home offers a large open living space on the main level with huge kitchen island, tons of cabinet and counter space, vaulted ceilings and sliding glass door to the deck overlooking pine trees and pond. You're likely to spot deer or wild turkey from the deck as well! Three bedrooms on main including master with attached bathroom - soaking tub, double vanities, separate walk-in shower and large walk in closet. Laundry on main level. Lower level complete with cozy family room, awesome custom pool table and bar. One bedroom and full bathroom in lower level as well. Drive under 2 car garage is finished. Wrap around deck, hot tub, and inviting atmosphere! Don't miss out on this great opportunity!

Family Holiday
Home was great to have our family holiday, only downside was we had to shovel snow to get to door & shovel snow to gain access to hot tub when we arrived to home.

Great quiet location for our SXS group
This house fit 5 of us great. The kitchen was well stocked so we could prepare our meals with ease. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub or the pool table as we were out exploring all day but we had plans of taking advantage of them. We would definitely stay here again

RENTERS BEWARE
Renters Beware! We rented the home for 6 nights. We have rented numerous VRBO’s in the past and have never run into an owner with such disregard for his tenants! For two full days in the middle of our vacation time the owner had contractors installing a central air unit. We had no advance notice of this project whatsoever! The installation Team just showed up. The place was wide open and the garage area was completely occupied by the contractors, their tools and the materials for the installation. We could not sit on the deck and visit either due to the noisy installation process. The driveway was even occupied so we had to park on the road. On the first day we communicated with the property manager named Tammy, and told her that this was unacceptable. She assured us the contractors would not be back the next day since there was a gap in the rental calendar after our departure date. The HVAC Team came back and spent all day again at the house. Tammy couldn’t believe what had happened. She apologized repeatedly and assured us that the property owner, Nick, would compensate us for the privacy invasion and the unfair treatment. To date we have not received any credits or a call back from Tammy. We really didn’t want any money. We wanted to rent a home and be treated with courtesy and respect. We treat all property that we vacation in with respect and take care of it like it is our own. The Golden Rule. Nick and Tammy do not share this belief. RENTERS BEWARE!

Great for the rally!
We came up for the rally and we’re more tame than others so staying outside of Sturgis was perfect. Everything was great, we had everything we needed, the hot tub was much needed after a lot of riding. This was about 15 min from Deadwood and the drive is very scenic. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Rental
The rental is stunning, the cabin as well as the property it sits on. Clean for the most part except for several fresh pet stains throughout the main level. The hot tub was a nice added, bonus. Raided a one star on accuracy of listing because we had to pay more than listed due to VBRO discrepancy.

Great Location
House was great, plenty big enough for our family of 8. House was very clean and in the center of most all attractions. Only complaint is if you are riding motorcycles it is 1.1 miles on a dirt road and does get very dusty. Good communication with property managers.

Great Location for SxS Riding
The house was nice, clean and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked, even included a crockpot, roaster and air fryer. I would have liked to have had a Keurig, but the coffee pot worked well. The only main issue was the mattresses in the two hallway bedrooms upstairs. One was extremely hard and the other had deep indentions. Hopefully those will be replaced. Other than that we all had a great time with plenty of inside and outside space to spread out and visit. Deadwood is the next town over and was fun to visit I'm the evening when we weren't SxS riding. 😊

Great House
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Furnishings were dated but beds were comfortable and the hot tub was outstanding. The neighborhood was quiet and deer were seen each morning. We would stay again.
