This is a great location. If you're planning on snowmobileing, four wheeling, or hitting the slopes. The house was clean and the bed's very comfy. Plenty of room for us to spread out and store your gear. Driveway has enough room for three trucks with trailers 👍

Christmas 2023

House was beautiful, clean, and plenty of everything we needed, was spacious and plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our Christmas Holiday. 4 full bathrooms was a really great thing to have when getting ready to leave and also mornings.....would highly recommend the cabin to anybody, and also, it is handicap friendly with no steps and wide hallways.

This home was fantastic for our family of seven children, 4 spouses, and 18 grandchildren (ages 6 weeks to 13). Lots of room, lots of beds & baths and perfect location for skiing & snowmobiling. The only thing our family would have enjoyed having was a chair that rocked for the babies. I would highly recommend this home. It was all around perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and large enough for the entire family. We did have problems with the coffee maker not working properly. The oven had a bottom full of burnt on food, every time we used it, the entire downstairs filled with smoke. The children made a joke of it that we were sending out smoke signals. Also after using the fire pit for 10 minutes we ran out of propane. I called and left a message, but no one got back to us. We left a note in the house when we left, so they knew what needed to be taken care of for the next renters.

It was decided last year, to locate rental property in the Black Hills for the family Reunion. Your property rentals were recommended to us by a family friend. We were fortunate to locate two properties that could accommodate our large group & both properties be within walking distance of each other in the Powder House Pass area. Our rental was Living in the Pines, we truly could have used nine bedrooms each with a private bath, but we made six bedrooms work. We love the location and took advantage of all of the sites in and around Lead, Deadwood & Rapid City to entertain our group. We certainly would recommend Black Hills adventure, property for anyone looking to locate vacation rental in this area of South Dakota.

There were plenty of towels, throw blankets, and dishes/silverware for a large group of people. Not to mention the HUGE refrigerator/freezer. Beds were comfy and we used the hot tub every evening. The only thing I wish we had was a 2nd seating area. We didn't use the pool table and that's a perfect place to create another living space. Other than that, my guests loved this home!

Perhaps, because the home was brand new, there were a few minor maintenance issues that needed attention. Otherwise, the house was wonderfully stocked clean bed were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone. One really nice aspect of this home is that every room could fit a family with the use of double bunkbeds. We loved that! Also, having a heated garage was fantastic in the winter. Thank you!

The only critique I have is that the kitchen, although well, equipped with some things, was missing other things when cooking meals at night. But we may do and had a great experience! Would definitely rent again!

Our stay here was wonderful! Beautiful grounds, a clean and modern house, a very convenient layout of the rooms, and each family had a private bathroom! The kitchen is large with plenty of utensils, a large refrigerator, and there's also a kitchenette upstairs. There were plenty of towels for the pool and jacuzzi. Our men really enjoyed the large grill, as there were a lot of us and we needed to grill a lot of steaks, and they made quick work of it! We chose this house because of the large number of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the pool table.

The cabin still had work to be done on it as it was completely finished. The outside property was a mess with rain and just not being finished.
