“This version sounds personal and genuine, like something you’d naturally say: I absolutely love staying here. The rooms are big and clean, and the location is perfect. You can be downtown within minutes, and there are restaurants, stores, and businesses all around, so even if you don’t have a car, you can easily walk somewhere to eat or pick up what you need. What keeps me coming back, though, is the staff. I honestly feel like I can call them my friends. As a female, there have been times……

“The facility was recently updated. It was clean and quiet. I felt safe at the facility. It is located in an area where it is easy to get around if you are traveling. I would recommend staying here. The price was very good for the services received.”

“The staff was not friendly. It was very hot in the hotel/hallways. Almost as if they didn’t have any AC. It was miserable. That made us skip breakfast. The trash cans were full in the hallways so it smelled really bad after you walked off the elevator. The AC in the room worked, however, it kept going on and off and was never on constantly which is very annoying. The room was clean but had a bad smell. The beds squeaked every time you moved. It rained in the middle of the night which caused……

“Just a normal business hotel, nothing special but all service engage, the hotel located in freeway side and find out foods/drinks and basic staffs very easy”

“Staff were excellent, very nice. Breakfast was ok, could have more variety though. Ice machine on floor three is always out of order.”

“The covers were stained not wash you can tell. Pool was down for maintenance. Place smell like smoke not tobacco. Spacious but covers needs to be clean better or buy new sheets or bleach.”

“I booked handicap room and they gave me a room with a bathtub I was unable to take a shower at all. Our bedding had to be completely changed including the duvet cover due to questionable stains, had to ask front desk several times to send housekeeping. Only 1 elevator was working. The breakfast quality was poor, many items were not offered. We wore socks the entire time we were in the room and the soles were dirty.”

“We didnt stay because they didnt have a wheelchair accessible room. We had reserved that specific room. When questioned why the room wasn't available Taylor told us it was because we had reserved it through Expedia and they had "tried" to contact us. Because we had already checked in before going to the room Taylor told us he couldn't cancel because we already checked in. He said the manager would be back Mon and deal with the refund. We have not been able to get in contact with "the manager"……

“Stayed in a kind room with a jacuzzi tub (handicapped room) it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was pretty good with a wide selection of hot foods. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had plenty of room, and the room was very clean. Perfect hotel for our weekend away.”
