"The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Laundry located very close. Only drawback was that it is a good 10-15 minute walk from the train station."

"My stay was incredible, staff were very helpful and never hesitant to answer my questions. The ryokan is very charming and it feels homey, especially coming down for breakfast in the morning! Would definitely stay here again, it’s close to the train station too. Thank you!"

"The staff was friendly and our room was clean. We will definitely want to stay here again. We really enjoyed the breakfast that they served too! Perfect if you are staying around Asakusa"
"We enjoyed our stay at Koko hotel Residence. As the name implies we found everything we needed in the kitchenette. It included cups bowls spoons etc. A microwave (low power) good size mini fridge and electric tea kettle. The lobby also provided disposable items such as toothbrushes if needed. The room offered slippers and robes and a washer/dryer combo that we made good use of (once we figured out how to use it...it was a bit tricky inspite of the translated photo instructions- each phase has to be set separately- wash, then set it to spin). The location was ideal for sightseeing in Asakusa and close enough to the subway station (12 min walk) if exploring other parts of Tokyo. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Beds are not soft. Lawsons nearby and 7 eleven within a 5 min walk. Lots of restaurants around and the Samurai Ninja Museum is a 10 minute walk and a must do! A cultural and interactive experience that we all enjoyed. We had a view of the Skytree from our room. "
"Easy check in and checkout. Self storage for the luggage was nice. Easy to find, right by a conbini. Room was small but quiet and had everything we needed. "
