Great spot!

The house was clean and just as pictured. Lots of nice amenities for entertaining, and the location has a beautiful backdrop of the mountains. Easy proximity to downtown Leavenworth. The rental company was responsive and easy to contact. Would highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations in every way

They could easily accommodate more guests, but preferred to make sure the six people who came had all the room and all the everything that would make their stay enjoyable. From hot tub to fireplace, hangout room with oversized TV, all needs and all wants were provided for. Highly recommend!!

All the comforts of home

Our family of 6 had an amazing time staying at Peterson Acres! We had lots of room to spread out and great spaces to be together. The place was super clean and well stocked. We all enjoyed tubing on the river, kayaking on the lake and coming home to a comfy and cool home to relax and then enjoy the hot tub! Great family memories were made - we’d stay here again if we came back.

I have stayed at this house at least 4 times and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s clean, roomy and beautiful. We had a wonderful, but chilly weekend!

This was a great property to stay at. Clean and quiet.

Easy check in and out process. Very clean and well supplied. Conveniently close to everything. We had a deer that was there every day. I think it was her favorite spot.

Perfect!

Had a small group of ski racers for a mid-week event at Stevens Pass ski area. Perfect location, 25 min to the area, close to a few good restaurants and a grocery store. Place had everything we needed to cook, store equipment and relax. The down stairs "rec room" definitely put it over the top. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an amazing time!

The house is remotely located quietly a bit far from Leavenworth except for the Lake Wenatchee. We really enjoyed our time here except that the hot tub didn't warm up after the first day. Wish the TV was located on the main floor. Overall, the point of this trip is to get away from the city and enjoy what PNW has to offer. I would definetely come back here again !

Six adults, four children (ages 1-7). This home was perfect because it offers separate sleeping areas on different floors for each family. The little ones also has a play area in the basement. Everyone had the opportunity to find a quiet place for "alone time" and it also has a great common area for "together time" :-)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great place to stay! Beautiful home and views. The only thing I will say is that inside, there seemed to be a fly infestation. There were probably 50 flies in the living area that were rather bothersome, along with a pretty significant bee problem outside. There are several bee nests under the eaves of the house, we could not eat outside at all. Other than that, we loved it!

Less bugs due to great open field location

I know the area so intentionally picked this location 5 minutes from Lake Wenatchee, a few minutes away from Plain convenience stores, and a scenic 20-minute drive from Leavenworth. Unlike other available houses in the woods or on top of each other, this one is set in a field with wide views, great stargazing, less bugs, and the neighboring houses, although fully visible are a good distance away. The house was attractive, functional, and very clean, including the hot tub. Not that we cared, the deck was worn but fine. It would have been helpful if there were instructions regarding the climate control, lighting, speakers, and televisions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 3 families goes on a trip every year. This year we chose Peterson Acres and were not disappointed. It was so comfortable and relaxing. Our kids enjoyed the playset outside along with the gigantic dirt hill where they spent most of their days. We also took a trip to the school playground for extra play. There is plenty of room for everyone. Thanks for another great year. The only downfall was the hot tub not fully working properly (lack of bubbles :).

Things you should know are that they charge by the number of people, so make sure you know your headcount and stick to it. Additionally, the photos are taken with a wide angle lens. The main living space area with the kitchen is smaller than it appears. That was quite the shocker. The AC was great int he master room and the basement.

The space was big enough for all four couples, but also cozy enough that it was easy to hang out together as a group. Everything was well maintained and very clean! We didn't have any issues, but NW Cozy Cabins checked in and let it be known they were available to help, if needed. The only suggestion I have is that information specific to the unit (check out procedures, how to use speaker system, etc.) be included in the packet that NW Cozy Cabins provides. Thanks!

Beautiful house and scenery

Overall the property was amazing. We had several feet of snow and our kids loved playing in it. The views were spectacular. We had one issue that was easily resolved with the property management company. Everything else I am writing is FYI for any possible future renters to just have a heads up. We had our dog with us and cleaned up after our own pet. Unfortunately, there were stray dogs running around that would come by and leave their messes daily. I communicated with the rental company and they assured me we would not be charged for something that was out of our control. The vrbo listing was inaccurate for some amenities that were not at the property. There was not an Xbox, train set and the second TV upstairs was missing. The main space heater downstairs didn't work properly, if we turned it on it would start beeping. There was only one hair dryer for three bathrooms. The water did have a surfer smell on occasion, which was explained might be an issue for some, we drank the filtered water from the refrigerator and it was fine. The kitchen had standard appliances and dishes, and basic seasonings, just make sure to bring your own salt and pepper, foil, saran wrap and leftover containers. The beds were firm but not uncomfortable. Noise ordinance rules were very strict, no noise or hot tub usage between 10pm and 8am. 4x4 definitely recommended in winter months. The only real downside was that the 10am check out was difficult with kids, due to the check out requirements. We loved our stay and created many memories as a family.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in this cabin in early January. The neighborhood is an easy walk into Plain for groceries, rentals, cafe . . . The cabin is absolutely lovely. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. I loved reading in the chairs upstairs in the loft with the view. My husband enjoyed sitting by the fire and cooking in the spacious kitchen. My boys enjoyed having their own rooms and the enormous TV in the basement where we enjoyed a movie each night after spending some time in the hot tub and looking at the stars. We’ve been to Plain several times and stayed in a different cabin each time. This was our favorite. We will be back! Thanks for sharing your home with us!
