The front desk staff knew who I was talking about when I called to complain so why didn't they tell them to be quiet before a complaint came in? 「The house was everything listed and more. The view of the lake at the edge of the backyard was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The check-in and check-out was simple. There was plenty of hot water for 6 to shower. The washer and dryer were brand new-so much easier to pack less and do a load while you are there.」
