We I stayed on first floor room 107 room was clean stocked with plenty of towels. It wasn’t too nosy. Bathroom was spacious and clean but it did have a little smell I suggest maybe adding a plug in for odor in the bathroom. Outside of that the TV I wish it had Netflix etc but if u stay please bring a fire stick or Roku for your streaming platforms.

The room was clean. The bathroom needs to be deep, cleaned/updated. Was excited about the pool, but it kind of had a green dirty look to it so I did not get to indulge. The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and up to my standards.

Staff were very friendly and cosmetically it was clean. However, it was very dated with peeling wallpaper and many areas with water stains on the ceilings and around the windows.

The only nice thing about this hotel is the staff, who were exceptionally friendly. The rooms are very outdated and don’t look like they have been cleaned very well. The shower floods into the rest of the bathroom, water has permanently seeped into the shower surround, and it was in general disrepair.

The facility and stay were excellent. The staff was helpful even helping us overcome Expedias screw up and not having a reservation available. Expedias call center said it takes 24 hours to process a reservation and did not notify me of this. We tried to check-in with an Expedia reservation at 22 hours The call center was difficult to deal with

Room was clean. There were outlets that had no covers. Drawers wouldnt stay closed. Checkin staff talked so fast I really didnt understand what she was saying. You don't get daily housekeeping which means no fresh towels daily. Pool and hot tub were not heated. Pool was freezing. Breakfast was good.
