The facility and stay were excellent. The staff was helpful even helping us overcome Expedias screw up and not having a reservation available. Expedias call center said it takes 24 hours to process a reservation and did not notify me of this. We tried to check-in with an Expedia reservation at 22 hours The call center was difficult to deal with

Clean comfortable stay in Leesville. Staff were professional and polite. Breakfast was great and bed was very comfy for a good night's sleep.

The location was easy to find and room was nice size. However, the pool and hot heater was not working. There were unsupervised teenagers in pool that were very rowdy and were playing too rough for the size pool, splashing, jumping in and not paying attention to movements of younger children.

The hot tub hasn’t worked the last two times we’ve stayed here. The water in the sink and the tub neither drain well. During the shower the water is about ankle high. The sink also had the same drainage problem while brushing our teeth. The staff was nice and breakfast was good.

In general, the property was average and the staff very helpful. However, I had to move rooms twice during my 4 night stay. Once was due to cockroaches in my room and after moving to a new room I had a leaking ceiling right above the bed and had to change rooms yet again. Three of the four nights stayed, I had trouble getting enough hot water for an adequate shower. The hotel staff here are great and truly do their best. In my view, the issues I experienced were due to a lack of property maintenance. Despite the above, this will still be your best option when staying in Leesville. Even the other major brands suffer in this local area. Not much a review writer, but just a note to fellow travelers headed to Leesville.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean. It's a safe area. There's a small store for necessities, they also had Continental breakfast. I would have rated the stay excellent however. There was an issue with the hotel not receiving my reservation from hotels.com. So I had to make a completely separate booking. Then ask hotels.com for a refund.
