「Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.」

「The place was great! The location is wonderful to walk everywhere. On the ground floor which was nice so you didn’t have to haul your suitcases up stairs. Like most everywhere in France, there is no air conditioning but the provided fans were sufficient for our 75-85 degree weather we had while there. They were so nice and let us keep our luggage at the apartment until 1pm since we had a later flight. Thank you! We will be back!」

「Substandard bedding... Mattresses were old and soiled. Received bug bites from bed in the smaller room. Apartment was obvious very lived in by the owners, clothes stuffed in closets, shoes by the door, a large piece of art laying against the wall. Very dusty and not as clean as we are accustom to when we rent VRBO's. Rug and couches were also stained with age. Location was great.」
