“All the staff except one was great, the outside and garden was beautiful. The young men that cleaned our room did a great job. Breakfast was ok. Location was good but really noisy as was in the middle of town. Was close to beach. The things I disliked was our toilet would not flush , we told staff at the front deck we don’t know if anyone came but it wasn’t fixed and we had to bucket water down after we went to the toilet. We had trouble……

“Hotel was very quaint with very helpful staff and beautiful pool. Food was very nice. Close to everything. Short walk away. I have trouble walking long distances nut even I wad able to manage the short distances.”

“Unfortunately this property is not well maintained. Especially bathrooms. In urgent need of refurbishment especially if property wants to continue charging current prices. Also advertising of what is available. For example stating there will be a turndown service etc. when there is none, bottled water available daily is infact a large bottle in kitchen. No jug initally for boiling water for tea or coffee and coffee filters supplied but no coffee maker. The staff on site during day do there best……

“整體而言，在這裡住宿是很舒適的、性價比極高。員工親切、整潔度好；唯房間裡的設施稍不足(吹風機需要向櫃台借用才有、燈光稍暗)。飯店內公共區域維護得很整潔、漂亮，但外面周邊路面不平與飯店旁時逢建築工事，下雨時不方便。有機會還是會想再次光臨!”

“Bed was comfortable, very convenient for the beach, with great dining options out the front door and on beach with multiple vendors available with beach dining. Room was nice, bathroom was very old, no hot water and very basic, but it was clean and did not smell.”

“We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help. We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff. The facility is great yet the staff are even better. It's my smartest decision to choose……

“Take 20mins walk from Legian main street.The location is a bit distant from seminyak and Kuta, need to take a taxi. The villa is nice and comfortable. Pool is lovely. No air conditioner in the bathroom so the shower during daytime is not so comfy. We enjoyed its in-room dining and spa service. The staff is friendly and helpful.”
