Welcome to this charming and private studio, perfect for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, it is very clean and well maintained.
The studio features a small designated work area, a private bathroom, and a lovely patio with a fence separates the studio from the main house, ensuring privacy through out your stay.
Conveniently centrally located , you'll be just 20 mins from the highway , 45 mins from the beach, and only 8 mins from the grocery stores

1).No extra people beyond the number of guests booked are allowed 2). No smoking is allowed inside the studio ; 400 $ fee if smoke is detected .
4) Please Do Not dispose of any objects or toilet paper in the toilet, as the property uses septic system that requires special care. .
3 )Maintain all doors closed due to central AC unit. If the unit door remains opened for more than 15 minutes a 200 $ penalty free will be charged .
