「The Abhainn Ri B&B was one of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed at. The land is STUNNING, the breakfast was delicious, and Niamh is kind, helpful, and welcoming. One of my favorite parts about our stay was taking a sunset walk on the property grounds and being present with the Irish countryside. Other highlights include the delicious homemade scones in the morning and how comfortable our room was. When I come back to Ireland, I will certainly make a point to revisit Abhainn Ri.」

「This place is absolutely magical! The property is enchanting, the hostess fascinating and the breakfast out of this world! The shepherd’s huts are so charming, I guess you could call it “glamping”? The one thing I would say is that my knees aren’t great and I found the steps to the huts a little tricky, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, but other than that it’s a 10 out of 10! I wish I could have stayed longer.」

「From the moment you pull in the driveway you get a sense of calm. The landscape is absolutely stunning. You are greeted at the door by one of the owners. They show you around then take you upstairs to your room. The decor was very calming and having its own bathroom in your room is a great bonus. 「During my first trip to Ireland, I stayed at three different properties, and Jim’s B&B was by far the most homey and hospitable of them all. Jim welcomed us as soon as we arrived and was incredibly informative about the surrounding area and its history.
