“Ideal location for an overnight stop 5 minutes off the motorway This is a hotel with no staff present To access the property phone the number printed on the door They will send you a code to open the door, operate the lift, get in to the floor and it also opens your room door. It all works very well when you know that, but they should send you this information in advance. It is not very pleasant standing outside on the pavement not really knowing how to access the hotel. “It has excellent a/c. Staff is very helpful. It is located in a nice suburb and has walking trails Along river. Rooms are very clean. Rebooking parking is a good idea.”

“We planned to stay for only 1 night - but after the warm reception and the incredible meal we decided to stay an extra night. The building has been tastefully renovated - keeping its 400 year old charm while offering rhe modern comforts of stong water pressure, air conditioner and a lift! Definitely not a given even in 4 star accomodation in some of these smaller towns. The hotel owners make you feel like family - so lovely and hospitable. Room were large and comfortable and super clean. Great breakfast and very thoughtful inclusions such as sparking wine replenished in the room each day and bottles of water by the pool. We had a fantastic stay, we will be back.”
