“Don't hesitate—just book it! Although the pictures are very accurate, the house is so much roomier than I expected! It is well-decorated, clean, and such a fun, unique place! The two large living areas make traveling with a group, especially kids/teens, very convenient. There is ample parking, and it is in a nice, safe area. Our group was in town for a swim meet at UT. The drive to the Aquatics Center on campus was between 15-18 minutes. It was a little longer than I expected, but everyone in……

“This little house was perfect. Very tastefully decorated. Very easy to navigate the home. The location was central to downtown Knoxville. Communication was excellent with the ownership and management of the home. I travel a lot and if you are looking for a very clean home with everything you need for a short stay. I cannot recommend this home anymore. Outdoor space was lovely.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the yellow tea cup cottage. The horses surrounding the property were a huge hit for our kids, lots of space for our dog to run, and the sounds of chickens next door was perfect. The house is well appointed/decorated and provides everything you need - bathroom products, plenty of cleaning supplies, and fully stocked kitchen. Only downside was it’s not close to any conveniences (grocery store, etc) and it’s on the flight path. But for us, it was totally worth it!”

“This was a comfortable place- not close to downtown at all and not in the best part of town from what we experienced. But we’re fine. And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had. Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep. Also there was a pacifier in the hall floor and a tank top on the floor in back bedroom. Not sure the cleaning people did a thorough job cleaning. Front bedroom Comforter was……

“Awesome property and great stay for our family whilst visiting family. Lots of space inside to roam; sunroom & toys for kiddos were thoroughly enjoyed! Check i/o was a breeze, very responsive hosts, safe neighborhood, large backyard nice to stretch legs & ramble with kids before dinner. We would stay again and definitely recommend!”

“We stayed here with our family of 6 (4 kids, ages 8-16 & 2 adults), and there was more than enough room! We had plenty of room, the accommodations were so nicely appointed, and the house had everything we needed. With 4 kids (and one of them falling into a creek on one of our hikes, lol), the washer and dryer were great to have, and we all enjoyed the fire pit across the street on the water where we roasted marshmallows and hot dogs for dinner one evening. Great trip, great house, clean……

“Amazing weekend!! I booked for my niece and her friends to celebrate her upcoming wedding. They loved the newly renovated house, it had plenty of space for them to enjoy each other’s company and share laughs in the various indoor and outdoor living spaces including around the fire pit. The host went out of his way with communications to ensure that the girls would have their best time, including leaving a complementary bottle of wine. They said they would definitely go back and enjoy the lake……
