「Everything was perfect except the elevator was broken. It was not a huge problem for us but for some people it would have been a nightmare. This property is quite large to only have one elevator」

「Would have liked a little more in the breakfast offerings. My room also had an odd spot on the floor that clearly was a bad install and was just covered. So you had this random jump in the room」

「Firstly, they advertise that they have breakfast but all you get is Coffee. My biggest issue is the $50 deposit that should be refunded was never refunded. Saw the transaction in my back account and it was pending a $0.00 refund so they are fully aware that they didn’t refund me, just made it look like a refund was coming my way.」

「We showed up to check in and the staff came out and greeted us. We did not have any issues with check-in. The lobby was decently clean when we went down the hallway to head to our room, We noticed bugs on the floor and a moldy smell. when we enter into our room there are bugs all over the floor, blankets are dirty, air conditioner doesn’t work, brown-sticky stuff all the way down the wall and on the floor, shower was dirty, and the fire alarm beeping because the battery is dead.
