“The hotel is luxurious without being stuffy. All the staff I encountered were friendly, professional and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and I especially enjoyed the cookies.
The communal areas are fantastic, so comfortable and brilliant for reading a book with a view.
The breakfast has lots of options and is delicious.
Looking forward to my next visit.”

“Staff in the restaurant/spa bar/spa were really helpful and pleasant. The indoor pool was great. Sadly we didn't get to use the outdoor pool as it rained but it did look very nice. View from our room was lovely too.
We booked breakfast on one day but found it too much after dinner the previous night.
We ate at taste of Cornwall one night. The food was very good but the room was very dark and the music stopped a couple of times and nobody around to turn it back on, so lacked a nice ambience.”

“Good staff , food good , but no hot water in the sink or bath to wash in the morning it was stone cold. I told the manager who was very apologetic and said he would get it looked at.”
