“My overall stay was excellent. For the location of the hotel it was perfect for my staff. Staff were excellent all in all except during my late night check in, it wasnt a very welcoming and I had to wait after the check in process started because one of the staff who apparently was under training (which would have helped if they told me) left me to go help someone else. During his break, Selim directed us to the nearest metro station, and Mona showed us how to adjust our air-conditioning and then checked back with us 15 minutes later to ensure we were comfortable.
