Pleasant with its equipped loggia, this rental, on the 3rd floor with lift, is located 400 meters from the beach and 1400 meters from the shops of the small town of La Pironnière. The apartment consists of an entrance with cupboard, a kitchen, a living room with a 160 BZ sofa bed and a bedroom with 1 140 bed - Bathroom and separate WC.
Equipment: Fridge, 3 gas burners + 1 electric plate, Electric oven, Microwave, Washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Equipped loggia. One pet allowed- Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning (€50 + €1 per m²), linen rental (pair of sheets €18 and towels €10/pers) and WiFi box rental (€39/week). A cleaning deposit may be required.
