Superb apartment of 75m 2, with a terrace of 16m 2, sea view , in a small very quiet condominium of the residential area of Pironnière.
You will be delighted by the ocean view, the setting and the proximity of the main centres of interest of Les Sables d'Olonne.
Accommodation for 4 people, the sea 5 minutes walk (coastal path and coves)
Shops at the foot of the apartment, near beach (~20mn walk), tennis, casino, restaurants, zoo, thalasso, forests, lake Tanchet...

Un appt très aéré, ensoleillé, ouvert - avec un vue magnifique - pins, mer, ciel… Très calme. Très propre et parfaitement bien équipé. Juste en bas d’escalier - un petit marché (poissonnier, crémière, traiteur), une boulangerie, une supérette, l’arrêt de bus pour le centre ville. Une promenade aménagée de côte sauvage, un excellent resto italien vue mer. Tout est parfait!
