Furnished seasonal rental in residence facing the sea (4th floor, with elevator) free parking at the bottom of the residence;
located 10 minutes walk from the thalassotherapy (750 m) and 10 minutes from the large beach
beach at the bottom of the residence but unsupervised
local shops at 100 meters
the apartment is 50 m2, it includes:
1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds
bathroom and separate toilet
fitted kitchen with washing machine
living room facing the sea with large balcony, TV, sofa bed
pets not allowed in the residence.

Le propriétaire très gentil, l'appartement très agréable et l'endroit super bien placé, par contre il serait bien de prévoir un congélateur et un ventilateur. A quoi servent les 20€ de ménage demandé par Abritel ? Puisqu'il faut le faire avant de partir ?
