“We really enjoyed our getaway at Hillside Cabin! The space is fantastic, our dog loved the fenced in area, and it was so convenient to get to from St. Louis. Cristina and Tim were very accommodating our entire stay. We hope to return some day!”

“We liked the cabin and my grandkids like feeding the fish and playing in the water.There where just 2 things that bothered me.The black ants where bad and the kitchen oven was really dirty.Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.”

“As listed. Perfect place for couples to enjoy time away. Clean and well stocked. Each room was exactly the same allowing all couples to feel equally accommodated. The second smaller house on the property (separate rental that wasn't in our rental/party) is very close but this wasn't an issue for us. We were able to enjoy ourselves and I believe the other rental did too. Ample seating inside and out for all 8 in our party. We paid to use trolley Saturday, but drove ourselves Friday and Saturday.……

“This delightful home is 20 minutes from downtown Hermann. It was well appointed, had plenty of comfortable beds, and there were lots of amenities. Both showers worked wonderfully. We will stay there again.”

“First time to visits Hermann for all 3 of us, and we couldn't have asked for a better time! The accommodations were wonderful, and we loved the charm of the house. Our favorite spot was hanging out in the wine cellar. Highly recommended by all of us!”

“What a lovely home! The pictures don't do the place justice, and that's because Paul & Heidi are always diligently looking to improve. Their heart and soul go into this place and it shows! We had a group of five girls total, staying at the Songbird Haus, and it was perfect, we had enough room to hang out in the kitchen, dine at the main table and lounge on the sofas for chit chat. The home is beautiful and we loved how easy it was to walk everywhere in town. The entire stay was just as charming……

“We liked the place and enjoyed the deck. Wish we could of got the firepit going. I didn't realize it was a ladder to the loft (extra beds) instead of stairs. Was not feasible for senior citizen women. The rollaway on the lower level was not very comfortable. I also didn't realize it was only a mini fridge and no stove. My error, need to check more closely when booking. We did enjoy our stay and got to visit 9 wineries and some beautiful scenery. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.”
