「一整棟的VILLA還有自己的泳池，真的是蠻不錯！只是設施都不算太好，百葉窗有點不靈光，有一間浴室的水流很慢都會有點淹水，還有一度跳電，但是值得稱讚的是，飯店服務人員對於我們的問題都有盡力並迅速幫我們解決，有一個檯燈一打開就爆了，電線還斷掉，有點嚇人，但是隔天就迅速換新，相當有誠意！另外入住還有迎賓飲料，早餐就是Villa外的咖啡廳，但是早餐沒有很早開始，所以如果有行程很早要出門的就可能吃不到了，早餐還算普通，記得點咖啡可以喝到正宗峇里島咖啡，大概有1/3杯都是咖啡粉很特別～」

「Had an awesome time staying at Kayangan Villa Ubud. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional. I mistakenly booked a villa with private pool but didnt realize it didnt have the rice field view so worth nothing when booking your room, make sure it says rice field view if you want that. Otherwise the common pool has an amazing view of the rice fields. The food was also great, a variety of western and indonesian dishes. I would come back here.」

「It was very clean, the room worked. The property was very nice. There is a pool. It was very close to our diving shop. But I had to ask for a hand towel every day, to dry my hands after washing them. I didn't want to use our bath towels. 」

「I and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kalyana. The staff were wonderful, warm and welcoming. Responsive to questions / pre-bookings prior to our arrival from the US. We stayed in one of the wooden bedroom private pool villas. It was absolutely gorgeous - serene, and private. I was worried about mosquitos as it’s completely surrounded by rice fields. We were fine - no bites! Staff told us to let them know if we experienced any problems as they do spray - our bed had a mosquito...

「Good location 」

「The bungalows were full of charm and character. Pool is surrounded by nice gardening and the view from the restaurant was amazing. Staff was super nice and we got monkey visitors in the morning. A super treat. 」

「For what you pay per night i could find no room for complaints! Nice quite area away f4om port. Staff loves 」

「Very well maintained, amazing personnel, very nice and helpful front desk, walking distance to Crystal beach or free shuttle, free breakfast, good WiFi, clean panoramic pool, little workout area next to it. Lima next door offers delicious dinner and drinks. Diving school next door as well. Great and convenient inexpensive all you need at Nusa Penida.」

「距離semiyak village滿近的，走路8分鐘左右可以逛seminyak street ，飯店的餐也不貴，可以room service也是一種享受，泳池的隱私性不錯，享受兩人世界也不用擔心別人看到，非常推薦來住宿。」

Not a five star hotel

"I chose this hotel because it’s so close to the harbor and my kid could get 10 more minutes sleep on the day for our speed boat trip. But the prayer at 4:00 am was rather loud, I respect the culture but … then actually my kid had a lot less sleep! And then 6:00am, crazy loud music was playing across the street (we were on the hill side). I left the fruit from breakfast box in the fridge and at night, papaya was molded! Breakfast on 6th floor was not organized. I ordered a latte and need to go get my coffee at the bar or it will never be my turn! Finally, I dialed to the front desk, and no one ever pick up!"

Great place for relaxing with family

"Amazing service on the moment we stepped into the hotel. Staffs are super friendly with great attitude and smiles. We requested quite a number of times with additional services including extra water, towel, others yet staffs continued to be very attentive and kind. Highly recommended and live up to it's 5 stars reputation!"
