Great location, wonderful service
位置太棒，出了火車站對面就到，很棒的湖景套房有陽台可以看到日內瓦湖白天與黑夜的美景。走幾分鐘就可以在湖邊散步或是去乘坐遊輪。服務人員訓練有素，雖然瑞士飯店人員都很有禮貌，但是在這邊感覺很不一樣，專業親切程度更高。是一家有氣質的飯店。房間不算很大但三人還足夠，衛浴相較是比較小些，浴缸進出沖澡比較侷促，水不小心就漏出是小小遺憾。備品是歐舒丹，早餐表現正常，餐廳一樣是無敵美景。

Fast and friendly check in, superb dining area and good choice of menus, selection of local wine is very good. Room quiet and bed comfortable. Breakfast was not included but with 12.- per person, absolutely worth the money. Will stay again. Ah, parking was free as well. I cant really find anything ...

Le chalet est super , bien agencé et très propre , bien chauffé .Audrey est toujours disponible si on a une question . On a passé un très beau séjour et la vue sur le lac Léman est magnifique .on est espère bien y retourner

We visited this Hotel in July. We rented three bedroom suite. Hotel was very clean and right in the heart of the City, with shopping center close by.
