"The bathrooms were a little dated but to be expected from such an older property. We were pleasantly surprised with the location of the hotel facing the Bay of Naples, great views! Next to some great restaurants. The breakfast that was included was also excellent. Staff was great and helpful. The only negative, which really wasn't, was the construction being done on the road and promenade on the water BUT it's going to be well worth it when it's finished. Overall, I would have to give it a 5 star"

"The location was perfect for those intending to use the train system for tourism, like going to Pompei or Rome. The room was very good, breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful and kind. Despite facing the train station the acoustic isolation of the room was perfect. The only cons: I wasn’t offered a room upgrade, the 20% discount in beverages and foods was never mentioned and I was not able to reduce the water temperature of the shower. I would definitely stay there again and can recommend this hotel"

"We recently stayed at the property with my family for 1 night - 3 rooms in total. We were drawn to the rooftop which has amazing seating outdoors. However we got rain during our stay and dined indoors. While lovely it’s quite quiet. One thing this hotel is lacking is a bar. There wasn’t a space for us to get together before dinner where we could have a drink due to the inclement weather. They have a function room you can sit in but don’t offer any service there. Our room was a great size and the location was perfect for what we needed."
