「Room was spacious and very clean. I would not say that the beds were comfortable. The mattress was very noisy with every movement.」

「My Wife and I were kept up all night and they gave us a room underneath the stairs. The gentleman above us was up and down all night from 10pm-3am. It was a horrible evening. Had to go downstairs at 3:15am to request a different room.」

「Breakfast was good. We appreciated a hot meal in the morning. The food at the bar needs to be improved. It was very expensive and the quality was low. Clam chowder was too thick and the cream separated from the soup so we returned it. Waiter was helpful and didn’t charge us for the soup. 」

「Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and pool area were clean and well maintained. The lobby and room were clean. The room was very comfortable. I especially liked that the A/C was running and the room was nice and vool when I walked in!」

「The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.」

「This is the second time I stayed in Hilton Garden Inn, it’s comfortable and an easy place to stay, there are a lot choices of food nearby, good for a business visiting 」

「The rooms were clean and well designed. The shower was really excellent and the bathrooms were also very nice. Kitchen area was good. Our sofa bed was broken so we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice although it was a hassle to move all of our stuff. Unfortunately the microwave oven didn't work in our new room and our email request for help went unanswered. This was very annoying as we were staying in 1 night to cook and not having a functioning microwave was complicated for us. Many...

「因为是自驾，因此选了一个在Boston附近的20km的酒店（好比在上海逛浦西，住了个浦东的酒店的，当然我指的是距离）。总体来说不错，附近也有不少吃的，酒店早餐也不错。大部分都是自驾旅游的老美入住，挺不错的！」
